The Liberty Humane website has always been maintained by our wonderful volunteers. With our 2006 redesign project underway as well as other design projects like the Unexpected Pitbull Calendar, we would like to take a moment to express our thanks and give credit to the people who have helped LHS succeed on the web.

Most of the photos on this website were photographed by the talented President of Liberty Humane Society, Laura Moss. The animals and people depicted in them are from the Liberty Humane Society’s events, animal shelter and other projects.

Unexpected Pitbull Calendar
The Unexpected Pitbull calendar was started by volunteers to help end the negative and stereotypes surrounding Pitbull Terriers. The calendar is full of amazing photography, photographed by our own Laura Moss. It is a colorful, fun and an amazing look into the world of the Pitbull.

LHS Website
The Liberty Humane Society’s website has gone through a few facelifts over the years. It wasn’t until this year, 2006, that we finally graced the web with a brand new look and feel. We would like to thank everyone who has and continues to contribute to this project.
