How to Sign up Sponsors

Waiver and Release
I agree to absolve Liberty Humane Society and all other individual or organized sponsors of any blame or liability, misadventure, harm or inconvenience suffered in any of the activities associated with the event. I will be responsible for the conduct of my pet, for cleaning up after my pet and for keeping my pet leashed and controlled at all times. I certify that my dog has a current rabies vaccination. I will permit the free use of our names and pictures in broadcasts, newsletters or promotional material.
