Jimmy is a two year old pit mix who loves to play tug of war and chew squeaky toys. He's super affectionate and loves to cuddle. Jimmy already knows basic commands, and is already housetrained. Best of all, Jimmy has great canine manners; he takes treats gently and doesn't hoard his toys.
My name is Jimmy and I am a 2 year old Pitbull mix. I have many good qualities that would be very desirable for a family with older children. I am very good in the house and may even be housetrained. I play nicely with my toys, with or without you, although I would rather you play with me, of course! Tug-of-war is the best and I love squeaky toys, but I wear them out quickly because they're not very durable, plus I can fetch. I am very smart and know some basic commands, like "sit", “down” and "out". I take treats ever so gently from your hand and you can take my toys away from me, too, when you want me to do something else. I am so affectionate and love to give kisses and cuddle. I will need some help overcoming the fear I feel when I hear unfamiliar noises or am startled in low-light situations. Training and behavior modification, as well as the patient, loving work with an experienced dog owner, can help me overcome these issues.
