LIBERTY HUMANE SOCIETY CELEBRATES ADOPT-A-SHELTER-CAT MONTH
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Find a Kindred Spirit…Adopt a Shelter Cat!
(Jersey City, NJ, June 2011) - Come June, Liberty Humane Society is teeming with cats! Wacky kittens, adventuresome adolescents, captivating young adults, and mature hedonistic comfort-seekers…cats of all ages and personality types await the perfect match-up. Such diversity could be overwhelming if it weren't for the skilled adoption counselors on hand to help visitors discover their kindred spirits in feline form. To celebrate these kitty companions and bring attention to the number of purr-fect pets available through Liberty Humane Society, we’re declaring June as Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month. Adoption fees for cats will be reduced to $65, and if you adopt two new feline friends, your second companion is only $30!
Of course, all adoption fees include basic shots, spay/neuter surgery, and a free month of pet insurance.

We will be posting one Happy Tail a day, and the most commented on photo/ follow up will win a prize. Every pizza, sushi roll, burger and other delivered item will go towards helping the shelter cats, up to 2.5% of every order is donated to the shelter. The combined efforts of the Liberty Humane Society volunteers and Delivery.com make this special month possible.
Additionally, June 24, 2011 is take your pet to work day!! To raise awareness in the office place, order your custom bring your pet to work day photo with frame, for a $15 donation. Donate online at www.libertyhumane.org/donate.php (click on the paw print) and send your photo with shipping address to LHShappytails@gmail.com . Your photo and frame will be mailed in time to bring your pet to work and tell your co-workers about Liberty Humane Society. Orders must be placed by June 16th.
